The location of this motel is convenient for those needing to be in the area, and there is free parking and limited wifi available. the rooms are generally clean and come with the basic amenities, such as a pack of condoms. some reviews complain of outdated rooms, uncomfortable bedding and not-so-clean bathrooms.
Some guests have had unpleasant encounters with permanent residents, who can be noisy and litter near the motel rooms.

Convenient location, free parking and wifi access. During my business trip, I appreciated the convenient location and the fact that I didn't have to worry about finding parking as it was offered for free. the wifi access was also an added bonus as it allowed me to stay connected and productive.
Outdated rooms, cleanliness issues, and unfriendly staff. Unfortunately, I was not impressed with the overall condition of the rooms.

Good location near the city centre and plenty of parking spaces available. The staff were friendly and helpful when we needed them. The room was clean and tidy.
The noise from the permanent residents living upstairs was unbearable. The walls were thin and we could hear everything, including their cigarette smoking.
